Q: I just placed an order, when will i receive it?

A:   7 - 10 days.


Our prints will be created, dried, pressed, framed and shipped within 6 Business days from the time they are ordered. In order to maintain quality, they are created as they are purchased. Tracking codes can be requested 6 or 7 business days after the order is placed.

USA shipping times - if order fast shipping option will take 2 - 3 days.

Slow shipping options will come from overseas will take 10 - 15 days.

 

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

Q: I placed an order, but have not received any email from you with details about the order. When will I receive that?

A: All order detail emails are sent out as soon as you complete your order. If you can't find it, please check your spam mail box as it might have landed in there. If you still can't find it, please make sure that you have entered your email address correctly when you ordered. 

 

 Q: It Says My Address Is Not Found

A: If you have a PO box and do not get mail at your physical address, you should use the PO box. The verification can be tricky on specific abbreviations as well. It is best to use the “find zip code” or "zip code lookup" on your local post office website to help find your specific abbreviations and how to verify your address. Depending on your country, your package will be shipped by either USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, Australia Post, etc..

 

Q: You Made A Mistake On My Order.

A: We are very sorry. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect. Email us and we’ll work with you to make it right. 

 

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

 

Q: Can I Get Refund?

Note: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours from when you placed your order. Otherwise the item must be returned in order to provide a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Q: I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

A: Absolutely! We are here to help you make your home beautiful! Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.

We offer a number of shipping options within the US. Please note that it usually takes 6 or 7 days for orders to process and get out the door.
